This is an adorable and derpy little turtle just FULL of joy! Look at that face! Lifes not that bad right?! 😍 The color, quality of glass, and technique would likely put this between the 1970s-1980s. Unfortunately there are no identifiable marks. The piece stands about 1 1/2" tall x 1 3/4" long.

CONDITION: Vintage in excellent condition! No visible issues like chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs. Very rare condition for this fragile of a piece.
