This family of 3 was made in Japan around the mid to late 1950s and have a pearl essence white lusterware finish. Signed, stamped, and marked (SEE PHOTOS)
CONDITION: Our Misfit JoysTM are damaged just like us, but have plenty of life and enjoyment in them. The large dog has a repair from a full break below the collar. Its front left paw has some exposed porcelain where the glaze was scraped off during production (SEE PHOTOS) The sitting dog has a chip on the right ear where the tip is missing. There is also a production flaw on the lower back left (SEE PHOTOS) The smallest dog lounging has no visible flaws like chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs.
