1940s Shafford Figurine 5B/216 Made In Japan **Precious **Kitschy

Here is a pretty yellow dressed girl obviously yelling her sweet intentions to that gentleman caller in full public view. You can tell she's a bit mischevious; that dog looks totally stunned and embarrassed. 😂 What we have here is a hand painted Shafford export from Japan in the 1940s. So cute and kitchsy even the dog has a bow tie!

Stamped with 5B/216 on bottom.

CONDITION: Excellent condition! No major flaws such as cracks, chips, or repairs. There is some crazing on the bottom and on the flesh tones, arms and face. Lovely piece.
